Introducing the New SalesNexus: Beta Launch Overview
The SalesNexus team is excited to introduce the beta release of the newly redesigned SalesNexus platform that will be available early next year. We have just released the beta version, which means you can head over to our website right now, try it out, and let us know what you think!
For our current clients, please know that your account would not be changed. We will coordinate with you about officially upgrading which is expected to happen next year.
About SalesNexus
A little background on SalesNexus: we’ve been providing CRM, sales, and marketing automation tools to sales teams for 21 years. One of the things we’re most proud of is that our customers stay with us much longer than those of our competitors – on average, almost five years. That’s nearly three times longer than platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
We believe this is because we focus on staying engaged with every customer and helping our customers get it right. Configuring a CRM to truly match your sales process isn’t always easy, and sometimes it takes some expertise to do that. And we think we do a pretty good job of that. The reason we’re so passionate about it is we believe in helping businesses grow.
We believe that when your business grows, your community is better off for the fact. People have jobs; therefore, they’re making more money. As a result, they can contribute to their churches and other charities. Everything trickles down and everybody’s life gets better. That’s why we’re so passionate about helping businesses grow. And we think with this new version of SalesNexus, we can do that even ten times as much.
We have many happy customers who consistently say great things about us. We’re also rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau, which is important because many of our competitors are not—often receiving D or F ratings. In most cases, that difference comes down to customer support. As I mentioned earlier, providing strong, reliable support has always been a major focus for us, and something we take great pride in.
Introducing the SalesNexus Team
To introduce everyone, I’m Craig Klein, the CEO and founder of SalesNexus. I’m joined by Caleb Ferguson, our Product Manager.
Caleb was previously a SalesNexus client and achieved impressive results by building automation around his own business. Today, he works directly with our clients to help them set up and optimize the system for their needs. He brings valuable expertise—not only technical knowledge, but also firsthand understanding of what it’s like to be on the customer side. Caleb has also played a key role in building this new version of SalesNexus, working closely with our development team to prioritize features and drive progress.
You’ll also see Damien, who leads our development team and works closely with Caleb, though he’s not joining us today.
We’re also joined by Sabrina Ferguson. Sabrina is the person you connect with when you need help. As we’ve mentioned, we take a very proactive approach to customer support, and Sabrina leads that effort. Our average response time is about an hour, and our average issue resolution time is less than a day.
When you’re setting up the system and run into questions or challenges, you won’t be left waiting for days. You won’t need to hire an outside consultant to get things working. Sabrina is there to help you move forward quickly and keep your momentum going.
Addressing Common CRM Pain Points
The most common pain points we hear from customers who are already using other CRM and marketing automation platforms include limited automation and poor scalability. A CRM doesn’t exist in isolation—you’re also using tools like shopping carts, accounting systems, ERPs, and other applications. These systems need to communicate with each other in real time, without requiring constant babysitting. The more manual oversight those connections require, the more fragile your operations become, and that prevents you from executing on opportunities.
High maintenance and cost are also frequent complaints. Many platforms are expensive, and customers are often charged extra for support, storage, or additional contacts. With SalesNexus, pricing is simple—a flat fee with everything included.
Another major issue we hear about is poor customer support. As we’ve mentioned already, SalesNexus delivers a very different experience in this area. Finally, many platforms require you to either train an internal expert for months or hire an outside consultant just to get the system working properly. With SalesNexus, we do that internally. We partner with you to help you reach your goals.
Security, Privacy, and AI Concerns
SalesNexus is designed to be easily customized to fit your business. We believe one-size-fits-all solutions don’t work—even within the same industry. While they may get you started, they rarely support long-term growth. From the beginning, SalesNexus has been built around the principle that you should be able to tailor the system to your business without needing consultants or months of setup.
A Different Approach to AI
When implementing AI, we took a different approach. Many platforms simply add a chatbot as an afterthought. While helpful, that’s often no better than opening ChatGPT in another tab.
Instead, we’ve embedded AI directly into the sales process. You don’t need to stop what you’re doing to ask for help—the system proactively assists you. AI recommendations appear throughout the platform, suggesting opportunities, drafting emails, and identifying next steps automatically.
Key Platform Enhancements
SalesNexus is built with a mobile-first design, allowing salespeople to work efficiently on the go. You no longer need to spend hours at the end of the day logging activity. Everything can be handled in real time.
The platform is also fully API-centric. Anything you can do in the application can be done via the API, opening up endless integration possibilities.
Our goal is to help you automate the entire customer lifecycle. Customers don’t follow neat funnels—they move unpredictably. SalesNexus ensures no one falls through the cracks. Cold leads are automatically nurtured, hot leads trigger alerts, and managers gain full visibility into accountability and performance.
What’s Coming Next
Looking ahead, email will soon live entirely inside SalesNexus, eliminating the need for a traditional inbox. AI-assisted personal contact management and automated advertising services are also on the roadmap, including AI-optimized campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects automatically.
We’re also building portability into AI knowledge. Just as your data has always been yours, the intelligence your business accumulates through AI will remain a strategic asset you can take with you.
Additional planned enhancements include accounting integrations and deeper customer service tools such as ticket management.
Pipeline Automation in Action
The pipeline is designed to be your primary workspace. You can create multiple pipelines to support different products or industries. Leads flow from marketing to sales to customer management seamlessly.
Each pipeline stage can trigger automated actions—emails, tasks, reassignments, or movement between pipelines—based on behavior, timing, or field updates. This ensures consistent follow-up and reduces manual work.
AI enhances this further by analyzing pipelines and recommending actions. Nexi, our AI assistant, can even identify overlooked prospects and suggest adding them to your pipeline automatically.
Tasks, Calls, and Contextual AI
supports tools like RingCentral and Twilio. Calls are recorded, transcribed, and stored automatically, giving reps instant context before every follow-up.
AI uses this conversation history to recommend talking points, emails, and next actions—ensuring every interaction is informed and relevant.
Smarter Email and Contact Management
Email conversations are captured directly within contact records. Replies can be drafted automatically with AI-generated content that users can edit and send instantly. Over time, the AI becomes more effective as it gains more context from your CRM.
You can also ask Nexi directly what actions to take for any contact—whether that’s a call, an email, or another follow-up step.
Data Import, Integrations, and Campaigns
AI-assisted imports map CSV data automatically, create missing fields, detect duplicates, and update existing records intelligently.
Campaigns are customized based on your industry and can be created manually or generated with AI—including content, images, and audience segmentation. Campaign performance data can trigger automated follow-up actions throughout the system.
Dashboards and Reporting
Dashboards are fully customizable for different roles—sales reps, managers, executives, and marketers. AI can generate reports and graphs automatically based on simple prompts, making reporting easier and more meaningful.
Layouts can be customized, saved, and shared across teams to ensure everyone sees what matters most to them.
Opportunities, Forms, and Final Notes
Opportunities support multiple stakeholders with influence tracking and visual org charts. AI suggests additional contacts who may need engagement to keep deals moving.
The new form builder allows you to create custom forms or connect existing ones, ensuring leads flow directly into SalesNexus.
Migration, Beta, and Feedback
Existing customers will be upgraded at no additional cost when the platform is ready. The transition will be carefully coordinated, with full data migration support.
We encourage everyone to explore the beta, submit feedback, and participate in live training sessions. Your input directly shapes the platform’s future. We’re excited about what’s ahead and look forward to hearing your feedback.
